Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs access to and use of the Akobot AI platform, APIs, agents, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AKOBOT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Akobot," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Services, or deploying an AI agent through Akobot, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any applicable order form or enterprise agreement.

This AUP is designed to protect our customers, end users, partners, and the integrity of the Akobot platform. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Section 02

Purpose

The purpose of this AUP is to establish clear standards for responsible, secure, and ethical use of Akobot AI Services. Akobot enables organizations to build, deploy, and manage AI agents for customer support, sales, automation, and other business workflows.

We expect all users to leverage these capabilities in ways that respect applicable laws, protect personal data, maintain platform security, and uphold the trust of the people who interact with AI agents powered by Akobot.

  • Promote safe and lawful use of AI agents across channels such as web chat, voice, WhatsApp, email, and APIs.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, harassment, and unauthorized access to the Services or third-party systems.
  • Protect the availability, performance, and security of the Akobot platform for all customers.
  • Support transparency and accountability in automated customer interactions.

Section 03

  • AI agents, workflows, automations, and custom configurations created on the platform.
  • APIs, webhooks, SDKs, widgets, and embedded chat or voice interfaces.
  • Integrations with third-party services (e.g., messaging platforms, CRMs, telephony providers, and model providers).
  • Trial, free-tier, paid, and enterprise deployments of Akobot Services.

Exclusions

  • Third-party services connected to Akobot are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with those third-party requirements in addition to this AUP.
  • Where a signed enterprise agreement conflicts with this AUP, the enterprise agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.
